Work Ongoing During June 2003

Looking north from end bent #1. Shows progress on US 421 side. Also shows segmental pier table at bent #42 on north side of the river (just to the right of the center crane boom.) Will be the same as bent #42. Footer has been poured and reinforcing steel being set for stem walls. (light area in center of the picture is work at end bent #1 side at US 421 – about a mile away.)
